Thus, we will get a unique audio experience of the development of this popular and beloved instrument. 3 guitars: Kirill Ogorodnikov, Robert Jürjendal, Jaak Sooäär. Storytelling by Kerttu Soans, artist and writer

Robert Jürjendal’s 60th anniversary concert is a great opportunity to experience his ensemble and orchestral music. Most of these works were composed between 2023 and 2025. As the founder of Weekend Guitar Trio, Robert Jürjendal’s creative journey has been inspired by discovering new musical ensembles. One of them is certainly the Estonian Sinfonietta, which in 2024 commissioned the author’s largest musical work to date, “Gamma” for semiacoustic guitar/electronics and chamber orchestra.

“The concept of “gamma” is widely used in many scientific fields. As a composer, I am most interested in the topic of color palette, which is used in the art world as a concept called an artist’s “color passport”.” – Robert Jürjendal

Tickets are available through Piletilevi.
